Grant Marks Breakthrough in Equine Heaves

A grant from The Horse Trust has led to a breakthrough in the lung function analysis of horses subject to equine heaves ­ the horse equivalent of human asthma - and which may ultimately lead to better prevention and treatment for potential victims.

Equine Evening is Full of Surprises!

Princess Royal Unveils New Name for Home of Rest for Horses

The Home of Rest for Horses, the oldest horse charity in the UK, is changing its name. Patron HRH the Princess Royal today (Thursday September 28 2006) announced that it has been renamed The Horse Trust.
