Find a Home for Your Horse Please read below before completing the form. In recent years The Horse Trust has seen a significant rise in the number of welfare cases needing urgent veterinary attention. There have also been many abandoned horses found, needing specialist care. As a result of this we are currently at full capacity with over 90 horses, ponies and donkeys, so unfortunately we cannot admit any more horses into the sanctuary. Loaning a Horse From The Horse Trust Please read below before completing the form. We don’t currently have any horses or ponies available to loan as most of our horses are fully retired after a long working life providing service to their communities. If we do ever have any of our younger horses available to loan, this information will be shown on our website. If you are interested in re-homing a horse or pony from a charity, The National Equine Welfare Council (NEWC) has a list of organisations that offer re-homing schemes on their website.
