Retired police horse Clyde came to The Horse Trust in December 2011 from Thames Valley Police. Clyde received a commendation from the Queen at Royal Ascot in June 2011 as he is the second longest serving police horse in the country, having given 17 years of service. He has been described as “the bravest police horse that Thames Valley Police has ever known.” Clyde has a great character and loves chewing his way through anything! He will be greatly missed by the officers who have known him over his lengthy career. Help us look after retired police horses like Clyde by becoming a Friend of The Horse Trust.
